Welcome to Iceberg HVAC Services. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Iceberg HVAC Services provides commercial and residential HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and parts supply across all parishes in Jamaica. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Appointments & Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability. While we endeavour to attend at the scheduled time, delays may occur due to emergency call-outs, traffic, or weather. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee.

Pricing & Payment

Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of quote acceptance. Parts store orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Accepted payment methods and bank transfer details are provided at checkout. Prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise specified and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated.

Warranties

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice or service agreement. Equipment and parts are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which are governed by the manufacturer. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, or unauthorised modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iceberg HVAC Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Iceberg HVAC Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
